By accessing 100schoolsystems.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is an informational marketing website for 100% School Systems, a coaching program and software suite for martial arts school owners. The Site itself is provided as-is for informational purposes. Enrollment in the coaching program and use of the operator software are governed by separate agreements you sign as a paying customer.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in a way that violates any law. • Attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, security, or availability. • Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the Site for commercial purposes without our written permission. • Use automated systems to flood the Site with traffic.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, the operator-suite product names, and the layout of the Site itself, is owned by 100% School Systems or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links to the Site freely. You may not reuse the brand name, logo, or copywriting in your own materials without our written permission.

The Site links to third-party services such as Calendly. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of those services.

The Site and the information on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the information on the Site is current, complete, or error-free.

The Site describes a system that has worked for us and our clients. It does not constitute legal, tax, financial, or business advice. Running a martial arts school involves risk. Decisions you make about your business are your own responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 100% School Systems and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

We may update or remove content on the Site at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms by updating this page; continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Westchester County, New York.
